2. CAN I PURCHASE ADIREHAVEN PRODUCTS ON THE ONLINE STORE?
A product is available for online purchase whenever the word “SALE” appears. You can also contact the customer service where our Client Advisors can assist you with your purchases.

4. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?
Most of our products are available for purchase on our website.
To place an order, add a product to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” on the selected product page. Please also select the size and quantity you want to order, if required. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Cart” and then “Complete the order”.
You can then modify or validate your cart and select your delivery method before making your payment.
You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address.
Select your method of payment and fill in the information to complete your order.
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email notifying that your items has been shipped.

5. Does AdireHaven fabrics or RTW (Ready-To-Wear) pieces run colors or fade?
No, they don’t. At Adire Haven, all our fabrics and RTW pieces are made with high-quality dyes and go through a professional dye-fixing and finishing process to ensure colorfastness. Each piece is carefully treated to prevent color running or fading, even after multiple washes. To maintain the vibrancy and longevity of your garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each purchase.
6. Are all Adire Haven pieces handmade?
Yes! Every Adire Haven piece is handcrafted using traditional dyeing techniques rooted in Yoruba culture. Each design is unique and made with love, so no two pieces are exactly the same and that’s part of what makes them special.
7. Can I customize an Adire outfit or fabric for a special event?
Absolutely! We offer custom orders for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. You can work with our creative director to design something tailored just for you. Send us a message via WhatsApp or DM to get started.
SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE:
1. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders can not be cancelled once it's been placed, this is to protect our business from being used as a tool for money laundering.
2. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT FROM AN ONLINE ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND?
You can return any order to us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Refund is possible when the fault is ours or the product delivered from us is damaged and can't be replaced.

4. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Your items can be delivered to your home address or to the address that you provided when placing your order on the adirehaven.com website. Your items will be delivered as soon as payment for your order is received.
Order takes 1-10 working days for processing. Delivery within Nigeria take 1-2 working days depending on your location. Worldwide delivery takes 1-5 days through (DHL).
Should any items be unavailable, the delivery times may be modified.
5. Does adirehaven deliver outside Nigeria?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Whether you’re in the US, UK, Canada, or beyond, we’ll make sure your Adire Haven order gets to you safely. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.

An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction.

3. WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Your bank account will be debited as soon as you approve the transaction. You will then receive an email from us confirming your payment.
